Hot Gospel
|
Hot Gospel Community Choir are committed to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the UK through traditional, urban, and contemporary Gospel Music. The Choir rehearses at St John's on Thursday evenings. See www.hotgospel.co.uk for more info.

Mother & Toddler group
|
This meets on Fridays (9.30-11), and even if this isn’t you, do pass
the word on. We’ve got some great equipment, and we’d like to see it used. Once the warmer
weather comes, there’s also outside equipment.

Games afternoon
|
Games afternoon, including carpet bowls, chess, dominoes, table tennis & snooker/pool. Tea provided. Do join us on Wednesdays (1.30-3.30).

Wednesday Holy Communion
|
9:30 am - Traditional 1662 Book of Common Prayer service followed by coffee, chat and Bible study
for any who would like.

Facilites currently available at St John's now include
- Three comfortable meetings rooms - the Upper Room (approx capacity 10), the Matson Room (approx capacity 25) and the Ladychapel (approx capacity 20)
- Kitchen facilities ("professional standard" oven, dishwasher, urn, etc.)
- Disabled access to all community rooms and areas, and disabled parking on the south side
- The Main Hall/Nave (approx capacity 175) - large area suitable for meeting, dancing, worshipping, etc. with seating available for 150+
- The Chancel - usable as a raised stage area for performing to an audience in the Nave
- Patio and grassed areas on south side of the building
